What we collect
When you fill in our forms (contact, source-a-car, newsletter) we collect: your name, email, phone number, delivery country, and the message or brief you send us. We also log basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. That's the only reason. Legal basis under GDPR: legitimate interest and, for the newsletter, your explicit consent.
Who sees it
Only Big Boy Whips staff working on your enquiry. Never sold. Never shared with dealers, shippers, or third parties without your explicit go-ahead. For example, when we need to send your delivery address to a shipping company for your order.
How long we keep it
Active enquiries: as long as the enquiry is open. Closed enquiries: 24 months, then deleted. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bigboywhips.com and we'll act within 14 days.
