Who we are
Big Boy Whips is a car sourcing and export brokerage based in Dubai, UAE.
Our services
We source, inspect, purchase (on your instruction), document, and ship vehicles to buyers in Europe and elsewhere. We do not sell cars from our own inventory. We act as an agent on your behalf.
Quotes and fees
Every quote is itemised. Our sourcing fee is fixed by vehicle value bracket and agreed in writing before work begins. Shipping, insurance, customs, and homologation are passed through at cost with receipts. No hidden mark-ups.
Inspections
Our 42-point inspection is thorough but not exhaustive. We disclose everything we find. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or hidden defects that could not be reasonably detected without disassembly.
Shipping and delivery
Timelines are estimates. Delays caused by shipping lines, ports, customs, or force majeure are outside our control. All shipments are insured to declared value.
Payments
Payment schedule agreed per project. Vehicle purchase funds are held in escrow until you approve. Sourcing fees are billed on delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellations
You may cancel any time before purchase, with no fee beyond costs already incurred (e.g. inspection). After purchase, cancellation is subject to third-party seller policies.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the sourcing fee paid, except where local law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to Dubai courts.
